DESCRIPTION:Join Susan in practicing tai chi\, qigong\, and shibashi in a short 30-minute session every Tuesday\, Thursday\, and Saturday.\n\n\nThe TLC Solution in partnership with Santarosa Estates 2 invite you to practice Tai Chi\, Qigong\, Shibashi with Susan Grace Rivera every Tuesday\, Thursday\, & Saturday starting Apr. 1\, 2023 from 6:30-7:00am at the SRE2 Basketball Court. \nShibashi is an ancient Chinese healing art consisting of 18 energy-enhancing exercises that coordinate movement with breathing and concentration. This gentle\, beautiful and flowing routine is a joy to do\, deeply relaxing and healing for all ages! \nSusan\, who is a W.E.L.L. Coach\, has been a practitioner since 1986 when she was trained by Sr. Marimil Lobregat\, FMM (Australian Academy of Tai Chi and Chinese Healing College) under the Good Shepherd “Care for Carers” program. It is a gift\, a wonderful way to deepen our awareness of the Presence of the Creator and the Sacredness of Life that is within us. Susan wants to share this gift to anyone who has 30 minutes in the morning to practice!
